Cranbourne North Retail

Development of Three Base Build Architectural Retail Buildings in the heart of Cranbourne North on a high profile green field corner site. The 3,100m2 site was intended to step away from the 'typical' retail strip and work towards a standout development with a minimalist approach of raw materials while keeping the fundamentals of a retail development with large clear glazing for maximum street frontage in to the shops.

The three buildings were divided in to 16 separate lots ranging between 66 – 200m2 of floor space, full height glazed shopfronts & 2m high signage zone above. Each tenancy comprises of a kitchenette & accessible amenities. The buildings themselves are a striking design of cantilevered precast panels & clever angles that give the effect of a floating concrete frontage which becomes a clear point of difference in the area.
